The ARTHOUSEco presents an exclusive range of hand-selected Fine Art prints.

Framed Canvas are Giclee printed on 350gsm Matte Satin Canvas and framed in our signature Canvas Float Frame. This specialty moulding has a 7cm face reveal and allows an elegant shadow line between the canvas and the frame creating the illusion of ''Floating''. 

All products are made to order, by hand with love, in our Sydney Workshop.

All artwork is made to order and meticulously printed and framed in-house by our dedicated Printing Studio and Framing Factory teams. Once your order has been completed and handed over to our courier partners, you will receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery option is a reliable drop-off service handled by our national courier partners, including Couriers Please, TNT, Allied Express, and Australia Post. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Premium Delivery – ARTVAN Service

Available in selected areas, our ARTVAN Premium Delivery offers a tailored experience designed to give you complete peace of mind. This service includes:

Bespoke, premium handling

Unboxing assistance

Call-on-approach notifications

Professional Installation - ARTVAN Service

For customers seeking a complete end-to-end solution, our Installation Service is available in selected areas. This includes:

      • Premium Delivery via ARTVAN Services Team

Do You Offer a Collection Option?

Yes, absolutely! Our Marrickville Showroom is open Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and Saturdays, 10:00am–2:00pm. 

Once you receive notification that your order is ready for collection, you are welcome to visit anytime during these hours to pick up your artwork.

If you have specific timing requirements or need assistance on arrival, just let us know — we’re always happy to accommodate wherever possible.

 

Production Timeframes

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney Showroom and Factory in Marrickville.
Every Artwork is custom made by our Printing Studio and Framing Factory teams.
Below are the standard turnaround times for our collections and Fine Art products:

  • Print Only Orders: Approx. 3 business days
  • Framed Artwork Collections: Up to 14 business days

Please note that these timeframes refer to production only and do not include courier transit times.


International Delivery 

Due to shipping logistics, and international shipping costs, framing options are not advised for International Orders. Please contact us at store@arthouseco.com.au if you would like an International Shipping quotation. Unframed prints are sent in an Art Tube via our selected international couriers.

RETURNS POLICY & REFUNDS

PURCHASE POLICY

I understand that by ordering from ArtHouse Co and The Art and Framing Company, you agree to the following terms:

  1. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all ArtHouse Co and The Art and Framing Company products are suitable for the intended location and wall where they will be installed. Detailed product information is available on the websites www.arthouseco.com.au and www.artandframingco.com.au. If you have any questions or queries, you can contact the customer care team before placing your order.

  2. While every effort is made to ensure color accuracy in the printing and quality control process, ArtHouse Co and The Art and Framing Company cannot control the settings on the purchaser's screens, mobile phones, or other devices. Therefore, there may be slight variations in color between what is displayed on your device and the actual product.

  3. If you are uncertain about the product you are ordering or need more detailed information, it is recommended that you contact Customer Care before placing your order.

These terms and conditions are in place to ensure that customers make informed decisions about their purchases and to address any concerns regarding product suitability and color accuracy.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 24 hours on receipt of delivery in accordance with the Returns Policy. 

If goods received arrive damaged you must get in contact with our team within 24 hours of receiving the items and provide reference photos to be eligible for replacement or a refund.

Many products from The Art and Framing Company Website are ‘made to order’ and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the Product is deemed damaged, in accordance with the The Art and Framing Company Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law guarantees. In order to facilitate a return under these Terms and Conditions, Customers must e-mail store@arthouseco.com.au 

Returned Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition. 

    
Change of Heart
As all products sold by The Art & Framing Company T/A ArtHouse Co are made to order, unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchange due to change of heart. 
Returns and exchange options are only applicable to the AFC Print Collection and Artists Collections at our sole discretion.
No returns or exchanges will be offered for ‘specialty’ made to order products where artwork has been made to order according to your choice of size and frame. This includes where the customer has provided their own artwork/images (photo acrylic blocks, photo wall acrylics, photo canvas etc) and for commissioned works or specialty items including custom sizing and framing.
   
Exchanges:
With the exclusion of commercial & trade, special or customised orders, we will exchange any product, once delivered or collected, within a 24 hour period if the product is damaged or faulty. Authorisation to return or to accept a return must be obtained by The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co employees and must be returned in its original packaging and has not been partly or fully assembled. Only Arthouse Co authorised transport companies will be used and this will be at the buyers expense. The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co reserves the right to refuse exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and Exchange options are only applicable to The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co Print Collection. No returns or exchanges will be offered for ‘specialty’ made to order products where the customer has provided their own artwork/images (photo acrylic blocks, photo wall acrylics, photo canvas etc) and for commissioned works or specialty items including custom sizing and framing.
   
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
Where an item is found to be faulty within the first 24 hours after delivery or is already damaged on delivery, and the customer notifies The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co of that fault, then The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co will either:
Replace or Repair the faulty Good at our discretion; or
If we are unable to provide a new replacement, The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co has the option to offer a full or partial refund dependant on the amount of damage to the product.
Where a new replacement is available, and the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the initial & return delivery cost.
If your item arrives with clear and noticeable damage to its packaging please take photographic evidence and bring to attention of delivery driver/provider. Where Goods are already damaged on delivery, The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co requires photographic evidence of the damage to be e-mailed to store@arthouseco.com.au before authorising return of the Goods. Where Goods are already damaged on delivery, the customer should indicate this to the delivery driver when signing the proof of delivery and ensure it is noted on the proof of delivery.
Posters, photographs and art prints are carefully rolled with protective paper to protect against dust before being packaged in a  heavy duty postal tube. 

Prints should only be removed by a professional framer.
The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co is not responsible for any scratches or damage to a print once it has been removed from its packaging and therefore no refunds or exchanges will be offered.

The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co reserves sole discretion to determine whether the Goods are faulty or damaged in accordance with this policy.
The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred by us if the Product is found to be in good working order.

Authorised Returns: All shipping will be through The Art and Framing Company Pty Ltd T/A ArtHouse Co authorised transport companies and at the buyer’s expense. Apply for authorisation of your return through by contacting our team at store@arthouseco.com.au. This ensures your matter is standardly processed and resolved.

Order Delays:
Every effort will be made to have your order ready by any specified production and delivery time-frames. However, we take no responsibility for delay by Couriers, shipping agents or ‘out of stock’ situations.

Warranty Claims:
Unless specified otherwise, a 12-month manufacturer's warranty applies to all furniture sales. If you need to make a warranty claim please submit concerns or evidence of damage/s through our warranty online claims form. This ensures your matter is standardly processed and resolved.

The Iconic Archival Collection:

Sizes listed on Iconic Archival Collection products are based on the IMAGE SIZE. Please carefully read the table below to see the finished size of your chosen product before making your selection. Framed Print sizes take into account the size of the frame's face reveal as well as the 7cm Matt border around the print. Framed Canvas sizes include the Canvas Float Frame's face reveal as well as the shadow line gap between the canvas and the frame. Canvas are printed border-less, or 'edge to edge', where the image meets the edge of the canvas.

Print & Frame Specs

Both Unframed and Framed Prints are Giclée printed on 260gsm matte paper. You can choose to include a 5cm Print Border around the image or have it printed 'edge to edge' with no border.

Framed Prints are archivally mounted then framed in a high quality, sustainable Australian timber. The timber frame is 4cm in depth and has a 2cm face reveal. 

Framed Canvas are Giclée printed on 350gsm matte satin canvas and framed in our signature Canvas Float Frame. This specialty moulding has a 7mm face reveal and allows an elegant shadow line between the canvas and the frame. Canvas are printed 'edge to edge', with the image meeting the edge of the canvas.

Border Option

With both Unframed and Framed Prints you may choose to include a PRINT border around the image. Print borders are an unprinted area surrounding the image.

Please note the border size is included in the overall size. Adding a border will reduce the size of your image, for example adding a 5cm border on a 50x70cm print means the image size will be reduced to 40x60cm.

Canvas products are printed 'edge to edge' without a border, with the image meeting the edge of the canvas.

Packaging:
Posters, photographs and art prints are carefully rolled with protective paper to protect against dust before being packaged in a tube. 

Framed items and Canvas items are first bubble wrapped then placed in cardboard shipping carton custom fit to each order.

Tracking:
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking is not provided for international standard shipments. All orders will be labelled with an Authority to Leave notice.

Click & Collect

Frame orders take approximately 14 business days to complete, whilst Print orders take around 5 business days. On completion, you will be notified by our team that your order is ready to collect.

FAQs

I have put an order through online. What happens next?

Once your order has been placed our processing team will send it through for production. Our production team will then get busy printing and framing your order. The production of your order can take between 5-14 working days to complete.

If you are picking up in store, one of our staff will notify you to let you know when it is ready to collect. If you require shipping, our dispatch team with box your order and organize delivery. You will then be notified by email and will be provided with the shipping information and tracking. Shipping time varies depending on your location.

How long will my order take?

All products are made to order, in-house using locally sourced materials and have a production time of between 5-14 working days not including delivery. Please be aware, turnaround time can be subject to delays related to availability of materials. 

Print orders ship approximately 5 business days from the order date.

Frame orders ship approximately 14 business days from the order date. 

Specialist products, such as our Artist Print Collections take approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery in Australia and approximately 4 weeks for international destinations.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery in Sydney Metro areas and 5-7 for interstate and rural areas

Do you provide custom framing?

Absolutely! We frame it all; jerseys, memorabilia, photographic prints, art prints, mirrors. There is no framing job too specific or unusual.
