IMPORTANT INFORMATION | ORDER COMPLETION, COLLECTION & SHIPPING

 

This Pandemic has impacted us all in ways we could not have imagined. 

Although we have always prided ourselves on our speedy and reliable service, the uncertainties of 2020 have prevented us from being able to provide guarantees or absolute certainties regarding delivery times for goods. 

We ask you to please read the following carefully and get in contact if you have any questions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to get your orders to you quickly and safely.

 

ORDER CUTOFF 2020:

Unless otherwise organised with our team, orders placed after the 12th of December will not be placed into production until we re-open in the New Year

These orders are expected to be completed approximately 2 weeks after we re-open on Monday the 11th of January. 

 

IN STORE PICKS-UPS:

Our team will advise once your order has been completed and ready for collection.

Our XMAS trading hours are: 

MONDAY, 14th - FRIDAY 18th December | 9.00am - 5.00pm
SATURDAY, 19th December  | 10.00am - 2.00pm
MONDAY, 21st December  | 9.00am - 5.00pm
TUESDAY, 22nd December  |  9.00am - 5.00pm
WEDNESDAY, 23rd December  | 9.00am - 5.00pm



ORDERS FOR SHIPPING:

Due to changes in border restrictions, health and safety procedures as well as a significant increase in online ordering, the companies we rely on to deliver your goods are experiencing significant delays across the country.

Whilst we understand that delays of any length can be frustrating, we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. However, at this time we are unable to provide any guarantees regarding delivery.

When goods leave our factory you will receive a shipping notification with an estimated time of arrival. This is provided to us by our Courier delivery service. It is important to note that this is an ESTIMATE ONLY. Therefore, we advise all of our customers to visit the website of the delivery service provider and use their tracking number to receive more accurate updates and information regarding the delivery of their goods.
